A green sheet of thickness 0.5 mm is manufactured by using a glass ceramics raw material in a slurry shape. Then, a second green sheet 12 of the same dimension is laminated on the upper surface of a first green sheet 11 provided with a prescribed planar dimensions and a die 2 provided with a projection part 21 in a shape which corresponds to a line pattern to be an inductor, whose cross section is semicircular and height is 260 μm is abutted to the upper surface of the second green sheet 12 and is pressurized. Through the pressurization, a recessed part in the shape corresponding to the line pattern is formed on the second green sheet 12. After filling silver paste 3 in the recessed part and removing excessive silver paste, a third green sheet 13 is laminated on the upper surface of the second green sheet 12, they are integrally calcined, a terminal is formed, and a laminated inductor component is obtained.
