CONSTITUTION: Cloth 1 is woven by the warp consisting of electric insulating fibers 2 and the weft consisting of electric insulating fibers 3 and conductive fibers 4, and those are wound on the core metal, catching electric insulating thin sheets consisting of one or plural layers between themselves, and further those are impregnated with thermosetting resin or insulating oil. It becomes a linear electrode where the conductive fibers 4 are dispersed in insulators, and a capacitor is made by its straight capacitance.
