Title:
LAMINATED IRON CORE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6058603
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve mechanical strength without deteriorating magnetic characteristic by making spot welding to a plurality of points arranged in a line with an interval along the longitudinal direction of amorphous magnetic alloy thin belt consisting of a plurality of laminated sheets and by laminating a plurality of welded blocks.

CONSTITUTION: A laminated iron core is formed by combining the iron core legs 1, 1 and upper and lower yokes 2, 2. The iron core legs 1, 1 and yokes 2, 2 are respectively formed by laminating a plurality of block 3. A block 3 is formed by laminating a plurality of amorphous magnetic alloy thin belts 4 being cut in the specified length and the spot welding part 5 is formed by respectively making spot welding to a plurality of points arranged in a line with an interval among the longitudinal direction of thin belt 4 namely along the magnetizating direction. The welding part 5 welds the thin belt 4 in the laminating direction and integrates the laminated thin belts 4. Moreover, the welding part 5 is provided with some deviation so that this part is not overlapped under the condition that the blocks 3 are laminated one upon another. Thereby, mechanical strength can be improved without deteriorating magnetic characteristics.
