PURPOSE: To stabilize the dimension of a laminated material and to prevent the generation of a curl or an edge wave by laminating double-layered polyolefinic resin crosslinked foam.
CONSTITUTION: When at least two polyolefinic resincrosslinked foams 1 are bonded and laminated, a method using an adhesive or a thermal fusion method is employed. At this time, by laminating a reinforcing sheet for the purpose of reinforcing the foam 1, dimensional stability can be improved to a large extent. As the reinforcing sheet, one usable as usual scrim may be used and, for example, a material selected from a nonwoven fabric, a knitted fabric, a mesh sheet, a film and kraft paper 2 is used. In an artificial turf structure, this laminated material is used as an under pad material.
