Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a composite molded product constituted by strongly bonding a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin laminate and a foamed resin object under low pressure.
CONSTITUTION: A laminated molded product is constituted by bonding a foamed resin object and laminates 1, 2 by a layer formed by the mutual melting, mixing and solidification of the thermoplastic resin of the laminates themselves and the resin of the foamed resin object itself at a bonding part. This laminated molded product is produced by respectively heating the laminates 1, 2 each formed by laminating fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin sheets containing 30-85vol.% of a reinforcing fiber in a laminar state to melt the thermoplastic resin thereof and superposing them on the foamed resin object 3 having a desired outer shape to closely bond them to the foamed resin object 3 and mutually welding the laminates and the foamed resin object.
