Abstract:
To provide a laminated oxygen permeating body hardly causing the cracking in an oxygen permeable material film although using a porous base body, and to provide a production method for the oxygen permeating body and an oxygen permeable system using the same.
Pore parts, the pore parts and circumferences thereof, or the pore parts and surfaces of a molded porous base body or a calcined body thereof are covered or impregnated with an oxygen permeable material and are integrated by simultaneous sintering, so that the laminated oxygen permeating body can be obtained.
