Openings 11 are provided to a piezoelectric body 41 penetrating through it in the direction of lamination, and a joint 90 that is high in electric insulting properties and elasticity is provided between the piezoelectric body 41 and an inner electrode 50, whereby delamination can be prevented from occurring in an interface between the inner electrode 50 and the piezoelectric body 41 or between a laminate and an electric insulating film layer or an outer electrode without using special material.
