PURPOSE: To provide a laminated plate for electret the thermoplastic resin layer of which has excellent thickness uniformity, surface smoothness, excellent adhesive strength, workability, and no defect.

CONSTITUTION: (1) A thermoplastic resin film is stuck to the plated surface of a sheet of a metal selected from aluminum, stainless steel, copper, titanium, or their alloys. (2) The surface is plated with nickel or chromium. (3) The resin forming the thernroplastic resin film is selected from ethylene tetrafluoride- propylene hexafluoride copolymer, ethylene tetrafluoride-ethylene copolymer, ethylene tetrafluoride polymer, polypropylene, and polycarbonate. (4) The metallic sheet and thermoplastic resin film are stuck to each other by thermocompression bonding while the metallic sheet is fed to the heating roll side of a pair of press-contacting rolls and the resin film is fed to the other roll having no heating source.
