Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated polyester film that is a polyester film substrate suitably used when producing ceramic multilayer capacitor, of which surface is smooth and is maintained at high quality, and that can produce a high-quality green sheet even when used to produce thin film green sheet.SOLUTION: The laminated polyester film is characterized in that: it is a laminated polyester film having a laminated layer structure of at least three layers or more; the surface roughness (Ra) of one surface is 0.002 μm or less and the thickness of the surface layer constituting the surface is 5 μm or more; and the surface roughness (Ra) of the other surface exceeds over 0.002 μm.
