Abstract:
PURPOSE: To certainly form a required elastic material layer and to enhance the strength of a concrete layer by compounding the same latex emulsion with both of polymer cement concrete and polymer cement mortar.
CONSTITUTION: In laminated polymer cement concrete equipped with a rubber base material layer (2, the same latex emulsion is compounded with both of polymer cement concrete 3 and polymer cement mortar 2. Therefore, the compatibility/mixing at the bonding interface of polymer cement concrete 3 and polymer cement mortar 2 is well and the bonding of both laminating materials due to latex is accelerated. When the concrete 3 and the mortar 2 are successively placed in a form one after another in a vertical direction or parallelly in a horizontal direction, a laminated polymer cement concrete structural material having a required rubber elastic surface layer is produced.
