The first paper slip 11 of a paper sheet 10, in which first, second and third postcard-size paper slips continue in this order via two folding lines, is folded at a first folding line 10a to be superposed on a second paper slip 12. Then, a third paper slip 13 is folded at a second folding line 10b to be superposed on the first paper slip 11, making the paper sheet 10 into a three holdings in a winding state, and fully bonding one end side of each paper slip to near the second folding line 10b. Each paper surface facing each other is bonded peelably in the area other than the bonding area. Then a portion near the first folding line 10a is cut along the folding line.
