Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to effect lamination at low temperature with a base material by laminating an adhesive layer comprising an ethylene/ethyl acrylate copolymer on one side of a layer of a vinylidene fluoride resin containing an acrylic resin.

CONSTITUTION: 100 pts.wt. vinylidene fluoride resin is mixed with 5-30 pts.wt. acrylic resin and, if necessary, other fluororesin, an ultraviolet absorber, an antistatic agent, etc., and the mixture is pelletized and then extruded in film form to give a layer (A) of the vinylidene fluoride resin containing the acrylic resin, having a thickness of at least 10μm. An ethylene/ethyl acrylate copolymer having an ethyl acrylate comonomer content of 25-40wt.% and an MI (ASTM D1238) of 4-250g/10min is mixed, if necessary, with an ultraviolet absorber, etc., to give an adhesive. A layer of this adhesive, 10-50μm in thickness, is laminated on one side of the component A to give the title film.
