To manufacture a laminated rubber damper superior in the accuracy in thickness of a viscoelastic sheet, homogeneous in physical properties of the inside of a laminated rubber damper and superior in the shearing characteristic by alternately laminating a plurality of steel sheets and viscoelastic sheets and adhering the same through a cold setting adhesive to form a laminated part.
This laminated rubber damper is a laminate obtained by laminating a plurality of steel sheets 1-3 and viscoelastic sheets 4-7, and adhering them through a cold setting adhesive 10. As the steel sheets 1-3 used as stabilizing plates in the damper, various kinds of steel sheets can be used, for example, a steel sheet for general construction, a cold rolled steel sheet and the like. As the viscoelastic sheets 4-7, any material only having the viscoelasticity can be used. As the cold setting adhesive 10, both of one liquid-type and two liquid type can be used, and a phenol adhesive, an urethane adhesive, a denatured silicone adhesive, a rubber adhesive, a cyanoacrylate adhesive and an epoxy adhesive can be used.
