To provide a laminated sheet which has such a characteristics that when a surface at a specific one side is irradiated with light, a light-received uppermost layer absorbs visible light but transmits infrared light to hardly store heat, and an inside layer of the uppermost layer reflects light transmitted by the uppermost layer and which is excellent in a water vapor barrier property from one surface side to the other surface side, the laminated sheet having a resin layer which is excellent in heat resistance and adhesion with a member containing ethylene-vinyl acetate resin or the like, and hardly being cracked due to a cooling/heating cycle environment in this adhesion state and having excellent water vapor barrier property, and to provide a solar cell module equipped with the laminated sheet.
The laminated sheet 1 includes: a layer (A)11 that contains an ethylene-vinyl acetate resin having a vinyl acetate unit content of 2-25 mass% and an infrared light transmissive colorant; a layer (B)12 that contains the ethylene-vinyl acetate resin; and a white colorant and a layer (C)13 that contains a saturated polyester resin, in that order. Further a water vapor barrier layer (D)14 is provided as an intermediate layer.
