Title:
LAMINATED SHEET FOR THERMOFORMING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3193119
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve moisture permeability, transparancy, rigidity and moldability by laminating non-stretched polyproplyene resin layers to both surfaces of a non-stretched polyester resin layer and setting each of the thicknesses of the non-stretched polypropylene resin layers to a specific ratio range.
CONSTITUTION: A laminated sheet for thermoforming is constituted by laminating non-stretched polyprophylene resin layers to both surfaces of a non-stretched polyester resin layer. Each of the thicknesses of the non-stretched polypropylene resin layers is set to the range of 7-14% with respect to the thickness of the non-stretched polyester resin layer. The laminated sheet thus constituted is used, for example, in the production of a PTP pakage. That is, the laminated sheet 1 consisting of the non-stretched polyester resin layer 2 and the non- stretched polypropylene resin layers 3 is subjected to molding processing to form a receiving chamber 5 of a tablet 8 and the receiving chamber 5 is closed by metal foil 6 to be separated along a perforation 7. By this constitution, the laminated sheet low in moisture permeability and having high transparency and high rigidity is obtained.
