PURPOSE: To obtain a laminated sheet which is easily manufactured and exhibits good workability and excellent soundproof properties and cushioning properties by providing different irregular patterns on the surface and the back surface of a laminated sheet bonded monolithically by heat-pressing a flexible polyurethane sheet and a pulp non-woven fabric.

CONSTITUTION: A foamed polyurethane sheet 1 and a pulp type non-woven fabric 2 are contact-bonded by heating without using an adhesive. A discontinuous regular recessed pattern 3 is provided on the surface of the foamed polyurethane sheet 1 and a corrugated pattern is provided on the pulp type non-woven fabric 2. As monolithic bonding is performed simultaneously with heat press for providing irregular pattern 3 on the surface and the back surface of the polyurethane sheet, there exists no possibility of either penetrating of an adhesive into the foamed polyurethane sheet 1 and the non-woven fabric 2 or decreasing of cushioning properties and soundproof properties. In addition, the bonding is performed only by heat-pressing, it is possible to peel off it easily and to recycle it easily.
