Title:
LAMINATED SHEET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3542975
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the heat of the earth cannot be utilized and time (3 hr or more) is required in melting snow because there is no heat insulating effect in a heat insulating sheet comprising a nonwoven sheet alone.
SOLUTION: The laminated sheet 1 consists of a sheetlike polyethylene foam 2 as one embodiment of a crosslinked polyethylene foam, the sheetlike nonwoven fabric 3 formed on the undersurface of the polyethylene foam 2 and the polyester film 4 formed on the upper surface of the polyethylene foam 2. A substance emitting far infrared rays is mixed with the polyethylene foam 2. The nonwoven fabric 3 has a reinforcing protective function of the polyethylene foam 2 and comprises a polypropylene nonwoven fabric. The polyester film 4 has a function of the surface protection and heat reflection of the polyethylene foam 2. Since the laminated sheet 1 can emit far infrared rays, it can melt snow in a short time (about 2 hr) as compared with a conventional sheet when it is used for melting snow and, since the laminated sheet has large heat insulating effect, it can be used for a shoe sole, a tile carpet and many kinds of other uses.
