Title:
LAMINATED STEEL SHEET FOR NON-POLISHED GENERAL WELDED CAN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3348672
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve neutral and acidic content protectivity, thermal deterioration resistance at the time of welding and thermal weldability at the time of printing by including polyester resin coating layers consisting of a plurality of resin layers on a chromate treated film which is the inner surface side of a can.
SOLUTION: The resin coating layers to be disposed on the chromate treated film which is the inner surface side of the can of an electrolytic chromate treated steel sheet consists of the plurality of resin layers and the total film thickness thereof is specified to 10 to 30 μm. The resin layer in contact with the chromate treated film surface among the plural resin layers is ≥1.5 μm in film thickness and consists of a copolymer polyester resin containing 70 to 95 mol% ethylene terephthalate unit. The resin layer in contact with the contents in the can consists of a polyester resin contg. ≥80 mol% ethylene terephthalate unit and having a melting point of ≥210°C. In the case such polyester resin having a melting point of ≥250°C is used, the film thickness of the resin layer is preferably confined to ≤10 μm.
