Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a laminated steel sheet for a welded can excellent in laminate adhesion, high speed weldability and corrosion resistance and produciable at a relatively low cost.
SOLUTION: The surface of a steel sheet 1 is applied with a granular tin part formed into a dispersed shape without executing tin melting treatment, the upper layer is applied with a chemical convertion treating layer composed of a metallic chromium layer 4 and a chromium hydrated oxide layer 5 each with a prescribed coating weight, and the upper layer is applied with a laminate film layer 8. As for the granular tin part, the lower layer side is composed of a tin-iron alloy 3 and the upper layer side is composed of metallic tin, and in each granular tin part occupying ≥90% of the granular tin part, the thickness (a) of the maximum thickness part is regulated to ≤0.8μm, and the thickness (a)1 of the maximum thickness part in the metallic tin on the upper layer side is regulated to 0.2 to 0.7μm. Then, the 50% separated average grain size of the granular tin part satisfying these thicknesses is regulated to 0.3 to <1.5μm, furthermore, the steel sheet surface coating area ratio of the granular tin part satisfying the above thickness is regulated to ≥10%, and the area ratio of the steel sheet surface not coated with the granular tin part is regulated to ≥60%.
