Abstract:
To provide a laminated type impedance element capable of obtaining high impedance, even at a high frequency band.
In the laminated type impedance element 10 obtained by forming a spiral inner conductor coil in a magnetic substance by laminating and simultaneously baking a magnetic substance layer and a conductor layer and connecting an external electrode 3 to a lead part 5 which is formed on the end part of the conductor coil, the coil is laminated so that the center axis of the coil is directed to wards four directions on the formation surface of the electrode 3 and the lead part 5 is laminated in the direction along the center axis.
