Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated type inductor which has a good synthesis reaction at calcining and firing a magnetic layer and few monconformities in plating processings.
SOLUTION: This laminated type inductor 1 is composed of magnetic sheets 2, having their respective coil conductors 3 to 6 on the surfaces, magnetic cover sheets 2 having no conductor previously prepared on the surfaces, etc. The magnetic sheets 2 are formed by mixing powders contg. Fe2O3, NiO, ZnO and CuO as the main components at prescribed ratios, and the compsn. thereof is pref. Fe2O3 45-50 mol%, NiO 5-50 mol%, ZnO 0.5-30 mol% and CuO 4-16 mol%. For the raw material powders, Bi2O3 having a specific area of 10-20 m2/g, 0.1 wt.% or higher and 0.5 wt.%. or lower is added.
