Title:
LAMINATED TYPE LENS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6329702
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the titled lens having a precise positioning and a large sticking strength and a thin substrate by using the substrate composed of 2 sheets of transparent plates which are inserted an conductive film between thereof, and are electrostatically sticked them with each other.

CONSTITUTION: The transparent substrate of the lens is formed 1 by heating the 2 sheets of the transparent plates 1a and 1b, and the conductive film 2 which is inserted between said plates to a prescribed temp, and by impressing a prescribed voltage on them with a direct current source E. When the conductive film 2 is composed of the transparent body such as SnO2, the film 2 is formed on the whole surface of said body. When the film 2 is composed of a metal such as Al, etc., the film 2 is formed merely on a circumference of an aperture part 21. The lens parts 111 and 121 are formed on the plates 1a and 1b respectively. The laminated type lens having a small size and high aperture numbers is easily produced with a mass production by forming the substrate with the electrostatic sticking.
