Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which is not affected by the oxidation and pollution of the surface when a thermoplastic resin is laminated on the aluminum or alumina surface of an aluminum foil layer, a layer on which aluminum is vapor-deposited, or a layer on which alumina is vapor-deposited and has high laminate strength which is not lowered even when various highly permeable substances are packaged by using the laminate and a packaging material with the use of the laminate. SOLUTION: The laminate using a base material in which hydrothermal conversion treatment is applied to the aluminum or alumina surface and the packaging material using the laminate are provided.
