Abstract:
To obtain a laminating apparatus capable of controlling the occurrence of defects such as residual bubbles or abnormal appearance by reducing the in-plane temperature distribution of a workpiece during lamination.SOLUTION: A laminating apparatus includes: an upper chamber; a lower chamber 30 which forms a space between the upper chamber and is equipped with a temperature control part having a hot plate 32 for heating or cooling a solar cell module laminate 10S in the space; and a diaphragm displaceable in the space. The temperature control part includes: the hot plate 32 for placing and heating the laminate 10S; a plurality of lift pins 34 embedded in the hot plate 32 so as to be movable up and down and displacing the laminate on the hot plate 32; and a lifting device for moving the lift pins 34 up and down independently. The laminate 10S on the hot plate 32 is heated and pressurized by the diaphragm and the hot plate 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
