To provide a laminating device for a belt-shaped metal plate on which a film can be fusion welded uniformly by a simple equipment even when the line speed is varied.
A laminating device is used for laminating a resin film on a belt-shaped metal plate, and a heating device 4 for heating the belt-shaped metal plate S, a laminating roll 5 and a pair of spraying devices 15 discharging a cooling water on both sides of the belt-shaped metal S are disposed successively from the upper side in the vertical direction along a pass line of the belt- shaped metal plate S, and the spraying devices 15 are provided movably on the desired positions along the pass line, and the cooling water discharged from the spraying devices 15 is so provided as to form a liquid film in the plane shape on the belt-shaped metal plate S. The cooling water discharged from the spraying devices 15 forming the liquid film plainly on the belt-shaped metal plate S to cool uniformly the belt-shaped metal plate S, and also the spraying devices 15 are moved in compliance with the variation of the line speed to make constant the time from the completion of lamination to the start of cooling to make constant the orientation crystallinity index.
