Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating heating base plate which can be temperature raised to 1800°C, in which an abrupt temperature gradient like particularly at 250°C per 1 cm can be easily regulated at an arbitrary temperature gradient and which can be stably used for a long time and to provide an infrared reflection type multi-stage electric furnace in which a plurality of the laminating heating base plates are laid.
SOLUTION: The laminating heating base plate used for the infrared reflection type multi-stage electric furnace comprises a metal thick ring having a space at a center, further having a protrusion directed toward a center on the entire periphery of the bottom of the space and having a hole for cooling therein, a reflecting plate or a reflecting cylinder made of tungsten reinforced by sawing a plurality of tungsten wires to be mounted on the protrusion directed to the center, a holder made of tungsten for a heater made of tungsten, and the heater made of tungsten supported to the holder.
