Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination ceramic capacitor where an effective electrode area can be increased and a capacitance can be improved, and at the same time no distortion due to thickness difference is generated since no margin part exists even if a dielectric layer is thinned and laminated in a multiple form.
SOLUTION: In a lamination ceramic capacitor, an external electrode 16 that is electrically connected to one terminal part of an inner electrode layer 13 is provided at both terminals of a capacitor body 15 where a dielectric layer 11 and the inner electrode layer 13 are alternately laminated, the entire outer- periphery part of the inner electrode layer 13 is exposed to the outer surface of the capacitor body 15 and the outer-periphery part of the inner electrode layer 13 is oxidized and insulated except a part that is electrically connected to the external electrode 16.
