To provide a lamination fixture for a rustproof film which sucks the rustproof film to rapidly and certainly laminate the same under a usual environment and has a simple structure.

The lamination fixture for the rustproof film is equipped with a film placing stand 20 which receives the non-tacky surface of the rear surface of the rustproof film having a tacky front surface, has air holes 21 for allowing the front and rear surfaces of the stand to communicate with each other arranged thereto and shows elasticity, and a suction chamber 10a which has a suction port 11 and on which the film placing stand 20 is mounted so as to be compressible in its thickness direction. The rustproof film is sucked to the film placing stand 20 through the air holes by evacuating the suction chamber 10a from the suction port 11.
