Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for deburring the fitting holes of disks by disposing the dull parts of a press of the right and left outside disks to the outside, when ruggedness on outer periphery of the disks consisting of thin steel sheets and fitting holes on the center part are punched by the press and laminated to form the rotor. CONSTITUTION:The S/S rotor formed by laminating the thin steel sheets are the disks 11a, 11b... having ruggedness on the outer circumference punched through a press work, the unidirectional burrs 13a, 13b... are generated by the press work on the fitting holes and the outer circumferential parts 14a, 14b... on the disks. Then, at the time of forming the rotor, the burr 13a of the disks 11a is directed rightward, the next disks 11b, 11c are directed opposite to the disks 11a, bosses 9 are fitted and laminated to form the S/S rotor. After that, by inserting the rotating shaft 3 into fitting hole of the S/S rotor, because the fitting holes dulled roundly are placed outside, the rotating shaft 3 is inserted without deburring.
