Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated rubber for base isolation capable of firmly exhibiting a base isolation function even under an inferior environment where water pressure or earth pressure is applied during construction or after service start, and capable of facilitating check of a laminated rubber part.SOLUTION: A laminated rubber for base isolation includes: a laminated rubber body including a connection steel plate on both upper and lower end surfaces of a laminated rubber part where rubber layers and intermediate steel plates are alternately laminated; upper and lower flanges integrally provided on the connection steel plate of the upper and lower end surfaces of the laminated rubber body; and a waterproof covering part detachably provided so as to cover an outer periphery of the laminated rubber body. At upper and lower end parts of the waterproof covering part, an outer diameter of a portion adhering to the respective flange surfaces of the upper and lower flanges is made larger than an outer diameter on a center portion side of the waterproof covering part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
