Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated structure of a layered material that can obtain an output based on the specific properties of a unit layer of a layered material at a practical level, and to provide a method for manufacturing the laminated structure and the like.SOLUTION: A laminated structure of a layered material comprises a substrate 1, two or more unit layers 2 of the layered material other than graphite that are laminated on the substrate 1, one or two or more intercalants 3 that separate the two or more unit layers 2 individually, wherein atom arrangement directions are shifted from each other between the two or more unit layers 2. In the laminated structure and a semiconductor device, the atom arrangement directions are shifted from each other between the two or more unit layers 2, and the layered material is a metal chalcogenide or phosphorene. In the laminated structure, the intercalant 3 is inert to the unit layer 2 and inhibits interaction between the unit layers 2 located on its top and bottom surfaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
