Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of a pinhole due to defective brazing of a distribution plate and to prevent the occurrence of freezing rupture, in a lamination type heat-exchanger wherein tube elements are laminated in stages through a fin and by joining the distribution plate to a plate at an end plate, a passage to cause the flow of a heat-exchange medium is formed between the plates.
SOLUTION: Holes 28a. 28b, and 28c are formed in joining margins 27a, 27b, and 27c of a distribution plate 20, a contact area between a plate at an end part and a distribution plate 20 is reduced and a fear of defective brazing occurring is decreased. A pinhole is formed in the joint of the distribution plate 20 and condensate gathers at this part, and the condensate repeats solidification and fusion, and the plate at the end part and the distribution plate 20 are expanded, and leakage of a refrigerant scarcely occurs due to generation of cracks.
