Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce stray capacitance by a method wherein patterns of an internal conductor having a large potential difference from an external electrode are compared with patterns of the other internal conductor having a small potential difference from the one external electrode, and a distance relative to an end part of a ceramic lamination forming the one external electrode is elongated.
SOLUTION: Patterns 13a, 13b of an internal conductor close to patterns 13d of the internal conductor as one end part connecting with an external electrode 4 out of patterns of a coil-like internal conductor 13 are disposed shifting to a direction of the external electrode 4 on a lamination surface, and are formed closer to the external electrode 4 than patterns 13c of the other internal conductor. Accordingly, the patterns 13c of the internal conductor having a large potential difference from the external electrode 4 out of patterns of the coil-like internal conductor 13 are compared with the patterns 13a, 13b of the other internal conductor having a small potential difference from the external electrode 4, and a distance relative to an end part of a ceramic lamination 12 forming the one external electrode 4 is elongated.
