Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp control device for a vehicle controlling the irradiation direction of the lamp to the travelling direction of the vehicle in response to various conditions of the vehicle.
SOLUTION: If the middle point of a steering angle is set and a change in the steering angle is made (YES in S2 and YES in S3), a control part executes irradiation direction control over the lamp based on the middle point of the steering angle and the steering angle change amount (S4). If the middle point is not set (NO in S2), and a temporary middle point is set and a change in the steering angle is made (YES in S5 and YES in S6), it executes the irradiation direction control based on the temporary middle point and the change amount (S7). If no change in the steering angle is made (NO in S6), it executes lamp front return control within an allowable range not exceeding 80° based on the temporary middle point (S8). If the temporary middle point is not set and a change in the steering angle is made (NO in S5 and YES in S9), it executes the irradiation direction control based on the steering angle change amount (S10). If no change is made in the steering angle (NO in S9), it executes the return control at a prescribed correction speed (S11).
