PURPOSE: To reduce power consumption and improve the reliability of operation of a hazard releasing means by providing a hazard operation time transmitting means for transmitting an output signal only when a hazard flickering means is operated in a path for transmitting an output signal of a winker switch to the hazard releasing means.

CONSTITUTION: A normally open contact 3c as a hazard operation time transmitting means in a relay 3 of a hazard flickering means is disposed in a wiring 20 for connecting a winker switch 4 to a relay coil 7a of a relay 7 which is a lamp flickering switching means. In the case of forgetting to extinguish a hazard and operating the winker switch 4 to start a vehicle, an electric current is applied to the relay coil 7a by the normally open contact 3c through the wiring 20, a normally close contact 7b is opened, and a close circuit of a battery 10, a normally open contact 3b, a relay coil 3a, a normally open contact 7b and a hazard OFF switch 2 is opened. Accordingly, the respective normally open contacts 3b-3e are opened to release the hazard condition and flicker a turn indicator lamp.
