A housing space A sealed inside a housing 3 with an outer lens 2 at its front surface side is formed, and a bulb space B composed of an inner cap 5 and a tubular body 14 is formed inside the housing space A, and the bulb space B is made communicate with open air, and a bulb 6 is mounted at inside.
