The lamp device for a vehicle is capable of a first drive by which the lamp 1 is rotated centered on a first axis Y and is capable of a second drive by which the lamp 1 is rotated centered on a second axis X along the orthogonal direction to the first axis Y, in relation to a lamp body 100. The lamp 1 is supported rotatably with an intersection of the first axis Y and the second axis X as a fulcrum to the lamp body 100. The first (second) motor 2 (3) is coupled to the lamp 1 at a position twisted to the first (second) axis Y (X) so that a first (second) output part 2b (3b) may transmit its own straight line driving force, and a first (second) housing 2a (3a) is supported to the lamp body 100 capable of adjusting positions in a direction along the straight line drive direction of the first (second) output part 2b(3b).
