The vehicular lamp device includes: a bracket 1 tiltable (first drive) around a first axis A with respect to a lamp body 100; a lamp 2 rotatable (second drive) around a second axis B along a direction perpendicular to the first axis A with respect to the bracket 1; and an actuator 3 having first and second motors for respectively linearly driving first and second output parts 22 and 23 housed in a single case 11. The case 11 is fixed to the bracket 1. The first output part 22 is connected to the lamp body 100 to perform the first drive by being linearly driven on the first axis A and a third axis C becoming a twist position. The second output part 23 is connected to the lamp 2 to perform the second drive by being linearly driven on the second axis B and a fourth axis D becoming a twist position.
