To prevent overheating of a lighting lamp and prevent a fire caused by the overheat of the lamp by turning off the lamp when a fixed time elapses while the dust quantity sensed via a dust sensing sensor is kept at a prescribed value or below or when it is sensed via a current sensing sensor that no current flows in a fan drive circuit.
A control section 20 sends a control signal for continuously keeping a lighting lamp 40 on when the dust quantity sensed via a dust sensing sensor 15 is a prescribed value or above, a transistor Tr1 is kept on by the control signal from the control section 20, and light is continuously emitted from the lighting lamp 40. When the measured time exceeds the prescribed time after a fan motor fails and no outside air is sucked, the transistor Tr1 is turned off by the control signal from the control section 20, and the lamp 40 is turned off via a relay 32.
