To provide a lamp socket, an illuminating fixture, and an LED illuminating device capable of preventing that an overvoltage is applied to an LED element at connection of a lamp.
In an illuminating device of this invention, a lamp socket 10 on which an LED lamp having first connectors is mounted, comprises: a pair of second connectors connectable with the first connectors, and that are provided to supply electricity from a drive power supply to the LED lamp; and a pair of third connectors connected with both ends of a discharge resistance 40. By the time when the first connectors are electrically connected with the second connectors, the pair of second connectors and the pair of third connectors are connected with each other to form a discharge circuit via the discharge resistor 40.
