PURPOSE: To detect and indicate malfunctioning of lamps, by taking out signals corresponding to voltage drop caused at the time when lamps are lighted and dark current caused at the time when the lamps are turned off, while carrying out testing of all the lamps in a short period of time, and making exclusive logical sum, i.e., "Or" else of these signals.
