The lamp unit 10 includes a substrate 13 mounted with a light emitting element 14, a housing 11 having an opening 11a arranged with the light emitting element 14, and a lens 12 arranged on a light emitting side of the light emitting element 14, and the housing 11 is sandwichedly fixed between the substrate 13 and the lens 12. The lamp unit 10 includes a wall 12e projected from a side (backface side) opposed to the housing 11 in the lens 12, to surround the opening 11a of the housing 11, and a wall 12d projected from a side (backface side) opposed to the substrate 13 in the housing 11, to surround the opening 11a of the housing 11.
