To provide a lamp capable of enhancing heat dissipation efficiency of heat generated in a light-emitting module such as an LED and capable of being attached to an existing luminaire.
A light bulb-shaped lamp 1 includes a base mount 3 composed of a heat-conductive material and installing an LED module 2, an E-type base 4 attached to the base mount 3, and a variable shape member 10 attached to the base mount 3 and composed of the heat-conductive material. The variable shape member 10 is equipped with a first annular part 11 attached to a peripheral face 3c of the base mount 3, a second annular part 12 opposing to the first annular part 11, four telescopic parts 13 connecting the first annular part 11 to the second annular part 12. In a state where the E-type base 4 is inserted into a socket 21 of a luminaire 20, the second annular part 12 is constructed to contact with the luminaire 20 by elongating or contracting each telescopic part 13.
