Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simply and effectively use this mechanism and overcome the disadvantage of removal from a push-in mechanism device by the human body by providing a moving cylinder mechanism placed in a lancet push-in device. CONSTITUTION: A lancet 40 has a cross-like ridge 42 and is a cylindrical member as a whole, which can be inserted in a holding mechanism 30 of a lancet push-in mechanism 10. The lancet push-in device 10 is put in the operation standby state by use of an operation standby mechanism 100, and opened by pressing a trigger 72 by a trigger mechanism 70 placed in a suitable place of a cylindrical groove 20. When the lancet push-in device 10 is operated, a lancet needle 46 pierces the skin, so that a user can sample a blood for testing. In this stage, a lancet extruding mechanism 60 is used. A cylindrical long projection 64 of the lancet extruder 60 produces force on a lancet 40, and the lancet 40 is extruded from a lancet holder 30 without a user's direct touch.
