To provide a simple, inexpensive land-fill structure which enables a quick collection and drainage of the exuded water generated from a waste layer by a rainfall and supply of oxygen to aerobic bacteria serving for aerobic decomposition of waste.
By forming a cobblestone layer consisting of crushed stones, cobblestones and the like at the bottom of a land-fill ground, the collection and drainage of the exuded water or the supply of oxygen are carried out through this cobblestone layer more efficiently than the conventional method. Further, since exuded water collection/drainage pipes are not required in this land-fill structure, the working of a water shield sheet and that of a newly formed cobblestone layer become considerably simpler as compared to the conventional method. Since natural crushed stones and cobblestones are used in place of the collection/drainage pipes, no special material is required.
