Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent vibration and noise and to increase compaction force by re-intruding a hollow pipe by a pinion mechanism engaged with a leader side rack in a drawing process.
CONSTITUTION: After a hollow pipe 1 is intruded into the ground along the supporting leader 5 to a designed depth, the hollow pipe 1 is drawn to a fixed depth in a process of drawing to the ground surface and sand in the pipe is discharged from the lower end. Subsequently, the hollow pipe 2 is again intruded to compact previously discharged sand. In this case, the intrusion and drawing process and the re-intrusion process are conducted by a pinion mechanism 7 which is provided on the upper side of the hollow pipe 1 and rotated while being engaged with the leader 5 side rack 8.
