To provide a reclamation method in waste final disposal site by which an erecting operation of a gas vent pipe part and a reclamation operation of a reclamation layer can be efficiently performed and moreover, a tubular guard frame used in the erecting operation of the gas vent pipe par can be repeatedly used.

A new reclamation layer 3b is reclaimed on an already constructed reclamation layer 3a in such a state that the tubular guard frame 5 is constructed so as to surround the upper end part of an already constructed gas vent pipe part 4a exposed on the upper surface of the already constructed reclamation layer 3a. Subsequently, a new perforated erect pipe 40b is connected with an already constructed perforated erect pipe 40a in the erected state within the tubular guard frame, rubble stones 41b are charged into the tubular guard frame and a new gas vent pipe part 4b is formed. Then, the reclamation of the new reclamation layer is completed, thereafter, the tubular guard frame is pulled up and extracted and the new gas vent pipe part is formed so that the upper end part of the new gas vent pipe part is exposed on the upper surface of the new reclamation layer in such a state that the tubular guard frame is extracted.
