To provide a landslide detecting apparatus capable of easily and accurately performing measurement without causing problems such as contact failures etc. of changeover switches.
The landslide detecting apparatus detects changes in resistance values of a plurality of pairs of strain gauges provided in pairs for different locations of a pipe body laid under the ground. A splicing unit is provided with both a terminal block for connecting lead wires derived from the plurality of pairs of strain gauges and an external splicing connector for collectively connecting the lead wires connected to the terminal block to the outside. A measurement terminal device is provided with a splicing connector connected to the external splicing connector of the splicing unit; a measuring means for measuring changes in resistance values of pairs of strain gauges; and a switching circuit for alternatively connecting the measuring means to the plurality of pairs of strain gauges via the splicing connector.
