Abstract:
To provide a lane change information sharing device and vehicles that can share, between vehicles forming a vehicle group, information for changing lanes .SOLUTION: A lane change information sharing device comprises: a determining unit that determines, when a first vehicle forming a vehicle group changes lanes from a first lane to a second lane adjacent to the first lane, whether any obstacle exists on a virtual path of the first vehicle heading from the first lane to the second lane; an information generating unit that generates information of a first lane changeable area that can be used by the first vehicle when the first vehicle changes the lanes from the first lane to the second lane; and an information sharing control execution unit that executes control for transmitting information on the first lane changeable area generated by the information generating unit to a second vehicle that forms the vehicle group together with the first vehicle in a case where the determining unit determines that no obstacle exists.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
