This system is provided with a lecture part 10 which is connected with a transmission network 15b, remotely outputs a lecture on a language in real time through transmission network, and receives an input related to items requested from outside, a learning part 12 which is connected with the transmission network 15b, remotely receives the lecture on the language in real time through the transmission network 15b, and outputs the requested items, and a management part 14 which is connected with the transmission network, receives the lecture on the language and the requested items outputted from the lecture part 10 and the learning part 12 to manage them by a database, and outputs the management items to be managed by the database, and in such a manner a learning effect similar to that by receiving a language training at site can be expected even in own room.
